Privacy policy · From before we started monitoring · 31 Aug 2026
The privacy notice has been substantially restructured and expanded, with new sections on automated decision-making, dispute resolution, California privacy rights, and a physical mailing address. It now includes an explicit definition of Personal Data, adds Global Privacy Control signal handling, and significantly expands the cookies table with many new advertising technology partners (e.g., OpenAI, LINE Yahoo, 6sense, GetVector). The policy also clarifies that Amplitude does not sell personal data under the CCPA, adds a CCPA-specific disclosure table, and provides more detailed descriptions of data uses, legal bases, and individual rights, including the right to opt out of sharing with third-party ad partners. The effective date has changed from June 1, 2026 to August 31, 2026.
