Five steps, and what they can't do.
Changes published and reverted between fetches can be missed. Some sites block crawlers; every fetch is logged, including the failures. A summary can misjudge a clause, which is why every alert links to the source text and a person decides.

Is this legal advice?
No. legalreview.ai monitors documents and summarises what our AI thinks changed. DFPAS UG is not a law firm. Verifying the change and deciding what to do is your responsibility.
How accurate is the AI summary?
It misjudges sometimes. Every alert links to the source text and a side-by-side compare, and every summary carries the disclaimer. A person reads the diff before anything is acted on.
What if it misses a change?
Possible. We fetch daily, so a change published and reverted between fetches can be missed, and some sites block crawlers. Every fetch is logged, including failures, so gaps are visible.
Do you store our data?
We store the vendor documents we fetch, your watchlist, and your decision log. EU data residency, tenant isolation, no training on customer data. A DPA is on every plan.
How is this different from a page-change monitor?
A page monitor tells you bytes moved. We version the document, isolate the clause that changed, summarise it in plain language, filter trivial edits, and keep the decision log.
